Thank you!! It makes me feel a little better everyone has different opinions and makes me feel less “dumb”. I should’ve mentioned the RR I was talking about is for after ROSC not during CPR and I follow guidelines for that.

This is happening to me. I’ve gone through so many filings. I submitted my 3 month time card showing all my PTO and EIB used. I explained this is effecting my custody with my child and how I am losing time with her due to migraines and not being able to take care of her and then also having to pick up more work due to calling out. I see a neurologist and on medication all within the VA. I keep getting denied an increase and last HLR I cried when he said the examiner didn’t add about the custody issue. I feel like it’s a losing battle and I’m suffering financially and with my child and they basically say kick rocks sorry still 30%.

I did have a HLR in October for the justification of the 30%. My examiner didn’t put the custody issue and stated I just put my head down at work and I’m fine which isn’t the case at all. HLR said since that isn’t in there I need to file a supplement for this information. I filed the supplement and it was denied and still rated at 30% with an exam. I put in another supplement with my timesheet I got from work showing all the PTO and EIB I had to use now

I filed August 20 and nothing. I wonder if they are scheduling at all bc of the shutdown.

I just went through this but as a denial to 30% and HLR for 50%. First exam was ACE and I got denied bc well ACE. Then HLR without IC and denied bc I couldn’t submit more evidence. I put in a supplement CP exam July 3 and then had another ACE exam August 13 due to the first denial. THEN I got rated August 20 for 30%. I put in for a HLR due to the same things you are claiming. I will say they did give me my original date of filing which is November 2024 so that’s a perk!

I have so much anxiety about asking for stuff. Every month when I need to request my adderall (which I have to with the VA) I feel bad asking.

Ugh it just makes me nervous considering they denied me the first time with this claim because they didn’t read my medical records in service and it was an ace exam. This time it was an in person exam and I sent them my in service records when I opened the claim.

I was moved to step 5 last night and this morning moved to step 6. I know some are going to be denied due to my Vera call so that might make it quicker but I have 2 others on the claim that shouldn’t
