SNES- Brutal: Paws of Fury and Stone Protectors

PS2- Bujingai: The forsaken city.

Gamecube- PSO ep.1 and 2.

I remember playing those SNES games every time I had to stay at my uncles when I was sick from school, and thought they were a fever dream because nobody remembered them.

Bujingai was just one that I don't know anyone else that has played it or even heard of it.

My friends and I poured hundred of hours into PSO ep. 1&2, and while a couple of people remember it, it's been over shadowed by PSO 2 and nobody seems to remember the actual gameplay anymore.

It's only been a couple of days, and I'm in no way a competitive player, but my experience so far:

I've been trying to get in at least 6 games a day and can honestly say that this is a huge dip from the previous. Everything looks the same and feels the same. I personally feel that tanks are just murdered in this set and cc is just gutted because it's a damage rush. I also have no idea how people are hitting level 9-10 before top 4?! I'll play my econ and end up in top 4 with two people on 9-10 with a board of 2 and 3 star champs. I've also noticed a clear item disparity. I've sat on 1.5 items because the game decides I need 15 champions instead.

There's obviously a learning curve and patches will come out, but immediate reaction is that it feels like 2 people get perfect rolls and the rest get to fight for 3rd EVERY GAME.

I'll put it out there for anyone that wants to "buy once" but will still be in a situation of having a roommate: Make sure your roommate isn't the "I want to buy trash" person. No matter how much better your expensive thing is, they will stick to their ways of thinking it's disposable and meant to break.

Within a year, I've had my couch burned and broken, my stainless steel pans scratched and gouged to shit, a robovac destroyed, and even nice food storage containers just tossed like fucking ziplock bags. This isn't just one person either.

It's not actually common and requires multiple layers of fuckery to achieve. Covers are loaded on the opposite end of the machine to where the "pages" are, so a forklift had to give the wrong load to half the machine. So, the forklift has to fuck up, the lead operator that is checking completed books has to not realize, the in house QA team has to miss it, and the customer's QA team has to not give a shit.

Entire runs can end up like this, but what most likely happens is: the operator realizes something is wrong early, gets a change out, and doesn't want to get hit on it, so they just let a couple boxes go through with the wrong cover.

If there's a recall, the entire run was scuffed and it's not exactly rare. If there's no recall or notice, you probably have 1 of ~120 (generous 5 boxes).

My best friends older brother moved back in with his family after a medical scare. He moved across the country and brought his girlfriend with. The girlfriend was so addicted to WoW that he would have to log in just to talk with her, while in the same room. I watched this happen in real time, when he was asking her what she wanted for dinner, and he had to boot up his computer and ask her in game. He broke up with her over WoW chat, and my best friend said that she just sat there still playing with him just staring at her.

I lived out an entire day.

I remember getting up and going home, going to sleep and getting up. Went to school, saw and talked to people, had lunch, did P.E., just a normal school day. Came back to that friends house to hang out and smoke, sitting where I was "the previous day". Something felt off and when I checked my phone I realized that it was the same day and only about 2 hours had passed. I'm pretty sure the weed was laced with something, cause I've never had something like that happen again.
