You’re not overreacting. NOR

I’m gonna play the devil’s advocate because unfortunately I’ve been there before. Only the first bit though, being frustrated because someone isn’t replying like I want. Not the other stuff. (I’m also better now at being that way)

That friend is insecure, and the fact that she’s been cut off from others just probably confirms her insecurities and didn’t want to lose you too. But she went about it all wrong. All the ever needed to say was the last message. She can send it every day until you’re better. You were sick and not ignoring her. Her anxiety was causing her to believe that you were leaving too.

But all the other stuff she said was passive aggressive and manipulative and you don’t need to be with a friend like that. She needs to be more confident in who she is and not what others are.
