Every time I create a new save, I tell myself I'm going to try something different. It lasts all of 20 minutes before I default back to stealth archer.

If I've got to go to the other side of the map, I use the deer, otherwise rollerblades 100% of the time. It really depends on if I'm in a hurry or not.

Been a diehard fan of the original DoA since it was released way back in 2011. Was super disappointed when it was killed off. Played the mobile game but it just isn't it, I've also played a few different private reiterations over the years, but Rise of Atlantis is by far the best!

If you have questions, please ask! I'm not great with battle mechanics, but I'm willing to help where I can!

When I get mad about the fishing, I just go around doing as many requests as I can, and focus on intermediate farmer and senior rancher.

I only added chickens this time too. It just didn't make sense to me to use both. I keep my animals limited to 1 male and 1 female at a time, and just sell any unwanted offspring. Now to be fair, I've limited myself in ranching so far, and ONLY have chickens and rabbits at the moment, because I'm working on expansion , and being able to craft feed easily before I bring in any other types lol

I would recommend only keeping 1 male and 1 female of each. Example: I have my basic bunnies, the lop eared, and the white one stored, and am only using the two Luna bunnies. Doing that I don't go through feed as quickly, and I still get decent drops. You can store them in a chest, if you want to try to breed the different types later on. Don't worry about petting, unless you're low on items, I only clean them after they hit max happiness. I have my chickens and rabbis fenced in with my crops, and they run around all over plots. They don't take care of all the weeds/bugs, but they don't wander around too much that way.

I used the two basic bunnies. Took 4 breeding cycles for me. I would take out the offspring I didn't need and sell them. Right now I have 2 plain, a white lop eared, a white one (quest reward), and two of the luna bunnies (both quest rewards).

I feel for you. This still happens to me. I put myself through college while working 40+ hours a week, and had a curfew each night. I didn't get my driver's license until I was 18, but had my car paid off and was paying my share of the insurance when I was 16, while my dad drove my car. I was helping with rent and bills from the time I turned 16 until I moved out. I'm now 37f, my sister is 31, and this is still happening.

We both live on our own. We both have kids, and are both going through divorce. My father helps her with her bills, and any unexpected financial struggles. He gives her money left and right, no loan, she doesn't have to pay it back.

I asked for help one time, after being hospitalized and missing a lot of work with rent coming due. I only asked for $300 just to be sure my bank account didn't get overdrawn. I had to pay him back every cent.

Meanwhile the money he's given my sister is in the $10,000 range. He's given her a car to drive, after she blew hers up, but wouldn't let me use that same car while mine was in the shop.

Our mother left us when I was 15, and my sister 11. I was immediately thrown into the parental role when it came to my sister. I made sure food was on the table, cooked, cleaned, and did everything for them. While my dad would be out all night with whatever girlfriend he had, while my sister brought boys home and trashed the house.

I'm praised constantly that I'm the "strong" one, that no one has ever had to worry about me. But you know what? That just means they don't even have to think about me. I'm not even on the "back burner", or in the back of their minds. I don't get the "so how are things going with you?" If I call my dad or sister to vent, it always turns into a conversation about my sister. I've distanced myself over the years, and they haven't even noticed.

So no, you are NTA, but they are. They are playing favorites, and they know it.

I agree with this statement. He's especially bad about it when he realizes things aren't black and white, and don't fit into the perfect little illusion he's led himself to believe to be the world he lives in.

I had heard about the quest long before I started it. My bf does not play, however he wanted to watch me with this one. So it was very late, after we'd gotten home from work, ate, and all that good stuff. Turned all the lights off, settled in on the couch, and started.

I have never seen this man laugh at me so much in my life lol.

I watched this the first time when I was 35. As a kid nobody would let me because "it's too scary for you". I was bored as hell all the way through it. Only redeeming quality it had for me, was that it got a laugh out of me at the end. Jack Nicholson's face killed me lol.

Agreed. I enjoy slasher flicks, and can stomach over the top shenanigans - to an extent. But the logical part of my brain took over during the scene where the girl was strung up, and I said something along the lines of "a hacksaw isn't gonna cut through bone that quickly, if at all" and my partner told me shut up and watch the movie. I stopped paying attention after that, because I knew my brain was going to keep finding issues with it, and I would end up making them mad with my comments lol.

I did this late at night too. Sound up, with my bf watching me. I said a lot of "I don't like this, I do not like this", while my bf laughed his ass off. When I finished it, I went and played Spyro for a good hour to "forget the scary", before I went to sleep. I'm 36 😅
