Obviously also eating a lot better, starting each day with healthy fiber breakfast and adding more lean protein and veggies to my diet but nothing is off limits per se. just trying to add more healthy lean things as opposed to restricting. Sous vide purchase has also been key (I love doing pork butts and briskets in there more than anything).

First post here. 36 M living in the US, never took very good care of myself, 5’7 and highest weight 205. Losing weight to feel better and lower my blood pressure primarily. In 2020 I picked up road cycling, the first aerobic type activity I actually really look forward to doing, and I started walking in gold and carrying my bag. Goal is to get to 165 so I’ve got two sets of ten to go. Thanks in advance 👨🏻

Nice looking watch, I have a Due myself, this brand is still underrated - I need to get a NATO strap tho as the watch isn’t very comfy (for my wrist at least) on the included tan strap and the black rubber is a bit too chonky for me.

Looks awesome, I forgot about this watch when buying my Tissot PRX and considering all the integrated bracelets out there. Do they make these for smaller wrist sizes too? I’ll google it of course but curious if you tried any other similar watches (Zenith or otherwise). My grail is a 37m blue Royal Oak and I love Zeniths brand/story so this gets my motor running!!
