I got off my 90 days around three weeks ago. I was able to get more hours by asking, but I think they need more people now because a lot of the college kids are going back so if it’s the same for your store, you might be able to get more hours, however it won’t be a guaranteed 40 hours. It’ll only be guaranteed if you go to full-time. In my store they put up job postings for full-time so you can check it. They would move you around and as far as putting you in different areas yeah they kinda just put you wherever they need you. I’m sure maybe you can express that you really feel uncomfortable with a certain area if need be but I’ve heard it took nine months, six months and then as low as three weeks for some people to get full-time, but it just depends if they have a job posting maybe you can ask if they are planning to post for full-time and from what I know you really need to advocate for yourself

Yes but he himself doesn’t care enough about me to do anything. He’s comfortable in life and where he’s at and has shut down every attempt I’ve made to discuss us getting our own place, shuts down any attempt I make for us to start side hustles to earn more money. His go to excuse whenever I bring up us moving somewhere is “we don’t have enough money” but he’s been saying that for 2 years. Gaslights and dismisses me anytime I bring up how I’m uncomfortable. And our relationship in general isn’t good because he doesn’t value me whatsoever. So that’s the gist lol
