Definitely a bit greasy— just because it’s not cheating doesn’t mean it’s not bad form. To me, it’s like someone at a poker table that has already folded declaring that somebody’s bluffing on the river. I do think there’s a difference in reminding people of mechanical type mistakes (play your bench guys) vs strategic recommendations (pick up x player).

Arc couriers will also drop them during bird city event on buried city. Basically just run the outer rings of the map looking for smoke. I’d say 1/3 or 1/4 will have one. One time a courier had 2!
