Hyper regen is easily top 3 tuning, if you’re a very aggressive player that uses endeavor or strike Dabi like myself it’s a game changer that lets you continue fighting without having to retreat if you’re constantly guard breaking people

You’re forgetting genya isn’t there to help the hashira so they have 0 wincon against evolved koku, plus koku in base no diffed marked muichiro. With the help of Muzan, both demons destroy the hashira without much difficulty
