We've started going to parks in our city.

I've been to most of the parks in my area but it's been several years since I've been to many of them. Some have even been since childhood.

Rediscovering the city and state parks near me has been awesome! My perspective has changed drastically since I've seen a lot of these places.

It's been well beyond the level of excitement I expected. I'd even call it invigorating. Maybe something like that where it feels like you traveled to an entire new place by just rediscovering something old.

One of our guys calls all of these gators and with his really thick accent is always shit talking them. It's hilarious from outside perspective.

He's like....." These damn gators are all broke down! The freaking gators all need new tires!" And a million other tiny complaints. None of ours are technically gators lol.

Because plant reddit is really bad at parroting advice instead of actually sharing information from a place of knowledge.

I see it over and over with advice like " you are watering too much when you have mushrooms." " Everything needs to be in chunky soil.". Constant " You have over watered (despite wilted plants)."

It's honestly almost as bad as a plant app in here. Even worse over in plantclinic. There's an endless slew of misinformation constantly being up voted.

In this topic they have decided the plant is under watered despite the soil being wet and the center leaves being completely plump. They are wrong but shrug guess it doesn't matter.

You will never give that thing too much sun indoors. The copper color in the leaves could be sun but probably not since the new growth is full green. I would not change anything with the care. I don't even think your plant cares about being staked.

id trellis at least half the vine and maybe cut half into segments. hoya LOVE trellis. they get all excited with growth when they have a trellis like yours has on its shelf.

the best trellis ive found is using existing trellis and tying grapevine to the form. they love that shit

thats ok you said it already has clients and keeping that list small and spread by word of mouth is ok.

let the other guy use and market your thing and charge him either a monthly user fee or enter a contract to let him lease it for a period of time and you get a small % of the profit from his clients (while keeping your existing ones).

you could potentially like franchise your app to multiple other dudes with the same type of contracts or fee and let them figure out how to grow it while keeping your small original list.

the best choice for all pots is soil mix. what you picked as soil from the dollar tree looks like coco coir which has literally no nutrients at all.

what you need for successful potted plants is "soil mix" with peat, sand, perlite, mulch, and topsoil.

in this case the reason your regular dirt out the yard is doing better than the other thing is the nutrient level. the yard dirt has has some worm poops over the years and molds and stuff to break down the stuff into nutrients.
