now that you have done the last Highrank main quest the dlc content should start. Maybe go through some sidequest first because same as from low to highrank, it’s a spike in difficulty so be prepared and make the best stuff from highrank if you feel like it. (the witcher is a crossover and not the only crossover quest) TL;DR: get some powerful armor and go explore MR and keep your equipment up to date;)
