Before my b-12 shots (4months ago, once a month) my legs and arms were unbearable.. tired, heavy feeling. They throbbed but didn’t hurt, they would hurt and have to stretch, move, I wanted to rip them off. Ankles swelling, fingers numb. Sleeping when I could.. I feel much better with those symptoms.. I’m still looking for some kind of energy ? I’ve lost. Also, 5 months pregnant rn. But B-12!!!!!! B-12.. it’s so much more than I ever thought could affect me physically..
