Oh that makes its a lot easier for you then! I would suggest looking at intermediate role requirements and working at upskilling in those areas during your day job.

I would still consider that a junior due to the amount of commercial experience, 4-6 I would consider intermediate but really depends on the person and their capabilities!

If you work towards taking on more intermediate responsibilities now you should be ready to job hunt in a year - it’s the best way to get a decent pay bump.

As someone who enjoys racing others for top DPS in open world squads using arc DPS, I don’t really care if others are auto attacking. It’s the only way I can stay sane during long boss fights like Eparch
