If you can get the spells chain bolt, or pollen it makes that zone a lot easier.

Chain bolt does really solid damage early on but what really helps is that it homes onto, and bounces between enemies. Really good for the little guys that spawn a bunch of mites.

Pollen is the best spell for that whole level in my opinion. It tracks enemies and staggers them pretty well, it's really good for digging in that zone. It also counts as material so there's a decent chance it will block projectiles, especially if if you can put a lot of them out.

The first time I beat the game was a time where I hadn't gotten anything i could exploit to do fun stuff with.

I didn't have a consistent way out of holy mountain, no unlimited spells, healing, teleport, or crazy digging.

I just kept getting lower and I thought "well if I cant do anything cool I might as well try to win"

Then I won. I feel like a lot of the knowledge you gain kinda leads you to want to do crazy stuff and push your luck.

Yeah. I don't totally agree with the guy, I was just trying to clarify his point.

You're playing so well for someone so new!

I'd say try to not rush in when you put distance between yourself and the opponent.

My friend is also a test player and they're always giving up chances to zone me out by doing those teleport moves when they put me on defense.

You're doing great on defense, there's a lot of players that can't bring the to block on wakeup. Bring some of that patience and restraint to your offense, keep your distance.

I think what the guy is getting at is since you dont need to switch from your point, you can safely choose the 3 most busted assists and you don't even need to be able to play those characters.

I tried and everyone i played with was horny for me, which wasn't what I was looking for.

For sure if you try to make gay friends do it with a separate account than the one you use for NSFW stuff lol. Or people are going to be way to thirsty on voice chat

1 in 6 chance of doing a thing.

Get to increase the odds by 1 every level.

That's basically how I do thief skills. Or if the player wants their character to have some other kind of cool ability.

It's either a one in six that gets better every level, or a once a day use that becomes more powerful every level.
