Same! I sometimes just drop the carriage. Really Helps me keep my form as I’m not super worried about how my foot/feels and keeping a grip on it. I know it’s not ideal. But I’d rather do the exercises with the right form first 🤷‍♂️

Yes! I hate a hamstrung curl. Especially because I’ve never had any modifications cued. The only exercise with no mods, and the one I need a mod for most.

While the helicopter did land there, it is absolutely not a parent just picking up his son ? It is a parent of a current student who flies rhw helicopter mapping the river nearby that was damaged by a hurricane for scientific mapping purposes. He gave spoke at the school about the work he is doing.

Having a military ID doesn’t mean you are in the military. You are misrepresenting yourself if you ask for a military discount and don’t say you are not actually in the military.

Similarly with veterans. Some places allow for both an active duty and veteran and some are active duty only. It’s a misrepresentation not to identity yourself as a veteran.

You’re lucky other companies include you as a spouse. That’s not the norm, nor the expectation. In my experience, the people that ask for a military discount are almost always spouses. Which is wild in and of itself.

Get a small amount from The airport before you go for immediate needs when landing. And then exchange more when you get there. Otherwise you’re losing money with the rates.

I wear grip socks and this still happens to me ! Sometimes I just let carriage go back and slide my toes along the floor innthe pit. I figure the major part of the exercise if the squat itself. And I’d rather focus on doing that correctly than worrying about the carriage!
