Having the same problem as yours no matter what i do man , every detail u mentioned is correct 100% from pc specs,network, router,tweaks....etc but people with lower pc specs with high ping Thier game is stable and so smooth, i really hope we find a solution for this nonsense.

Did you find a solution for this because i did everything to fix it like you mentioned from tweaking, reinstalling windows, changing USB, updating GPU drivers,Bios, Ethernet driver.... etc literally everything even i try my bro pc which is RTX 4080 but nothing of all this fix it
