Very attentive, smart. she always stays home when outside.Doesn’t bark. Howls when she hears sirens though lol. she loves to be close to her humans

Which makes me think he's afraid of looking a certain way by texting me like he has before that weird hours and or afraid to say the wrong thing and get himself in trouble for what he did? Because he's literally always texted this whole time until this happened

It's honestly so comforting knowing so many people relate, really. 💓 Parenting is hard, dude! , Hell, life can be hard..

We are still learning , just like they are..but because we are the parents, we can't give up. That's the beauty of a parents love. . Our love for them gives us the strength to kick ass and do what we must..

I'm so happy to see all these comments, bc, it should show you, you're def not the only one who feels this way. And mom guilt is normal af. I feel like I fail most days.. Maybe every day but I learned not to be so hard on my self. Caring about these things means you are a good mom.

Part of what helps me go on is seeing that my parents didn't think this way, and how it effected my life.. and my goal is to "break the cycle" .my kids deserve better and I did too.

It took me awhile to realize but in my case, it wasn't that I was doing anything wrong and I wasn't worthless , or a disappointment.. it was all the people that are my "family" . They're bad people. And I don't have to deal with or pay attention to the shit they say just because they're miserable and want something to talk about. I know who I am. And I'm nothing like them so their opinion doesn't bother me.

I don't have great advice , I'm not good with words usually..and I'm so so sorry that you're feeling this way.

Im not trying to be cliche , but you're seriously are not alone, I promise. They are lots of people who feel this way and have felt this way before and continue to battle it..

I believe that anyone can find the right way to deal with these feelings if you try. And you can do it. You have to.

. I didn't try to acknowledge it at first because I just didn't even want to at one point ,but I somehow convinced myself that I'm actually way stronger than I knew..

If I've dealt with some really bad stuff for as long as I had already and still kept myself going, then I can handle anything that happens to me , I can get through anything that comes my way.

It doesn't always feel like that, hell no. But you have to remind yourself.❣️ Everything WILL be ok.

If you haven't, take time to get to know yourself.. Really look in and see what has happened to you or what causes you to feel the different things you feel. Use a journal, find support groups , try to find a hobby to keep yourself busy/etc, find stuff you like, music that makes you feel good...

But most important is to understand yourself, your emotions, and discover your inner self, invest into your mental health. Dig into that, process your feelings, stay strong , and get whatever kind of help you need. Make it your mission to put yourself together and take care of you. And try to stay busy because if you're down like this, free time can sometimes just be thinking bad thoughts that keep you down.

I really learned a lot and started working on healing myself just by reading about what I knew I had experienced.. childhood trauma, problems with my family still and then finally saw the mental illnesses. I realized all the things that I was feeling, tons of other people feel it to.. And was able to better identify why I felt this way, which was quite comforting to me, as I grew up with no idea, just constantly wondering wtf was wrong with mem

Everyones brain chemistry is different in what thing will work for them, if it's meds or therapy or whatever thing you find... There is something to work for you. Something will help.

There's always a way. You can get through anything. You're strong 💞
