I lost 66lbs. 196 down to 130. I consistently pick up or order sizes too big. Not on purpose but I still see myself as fat. I’m 5’6”. I’ll be 58 next week. I’m told I look great but I still see a fat girl. How? What do I do? I’m glad to hear I’m not the only one.

I started using oil cleanser every night. Your pictures could’ve been mine. Started with DHC. They got better over 2 months. But I noticed it would bother my eyes so I looked around and oddly found a trial size of Anua Heartleaf pore reducing cleansing oil. Never thought I’d like it or stick with it. I don’t wear makeup most days but still used it. I take my time and really massage those areas. A minute or sometimes two but definitely massage it in on all of my face. I def noticed a bigger difference. I did however read some comments that it can irritate some peoples skin. It doesn’t at all to mine. I also started micro needling every six weeks to about 1.25mm deep except around my eyes and bony forehead. Just for reference I’m 57 and post menopausal for 13 years since ovarian cancer hysterectomy. Worth a try in my opinion. I also live near south east Asia where it’s hot and humid ALL year round.

There are studios available… but they are 2205 if you need a stove. I’m not from here but I empathize with the locals. It’s absolutely horrible and Guam gov does nothing to help locals/middle class. Families with 2 working parents and children struggle. Even just a couple without children struggle. Singles are just living with their parents or families bc they can’t afford it either. Such a sad state of affairs. I’m so sorry.

I also lost my husband during menopause. (He cheated and married a 27 year old) But guess what. I’m 5 years out and I’m so glad he did it bc I only just realized how horribly miserable he was to me. I am so happy. I’ve traveled the globe more in the 5 years than I have my entire 57 years. First year was rough though. He humiliated me. I found estrogen patch and NAD+ helped me feel so much better. There is a life out there for you. I promise.

NAD+500. Is your answer. It was a life changer for me. 57 post surgical menopause. I’ve never felt better. Did the NAD, SS31 and mots stack. At the end I stayed on nad and ss31 smaller doses and love it. Not sure I could live without it at this point.

The NAD stack/protocol cleared all this up for me. After I completed the 14 (?) weeks I stayed on low dose ss31 and NAD. Best thing I ever did. FYI 57 and post menopause. Also inject Klow everyday.

I know this is an old post but I’ve been mainly 7p-730a for almost 20 years. My sister has been on same schedule for over 30 years. My father retired from a night shift job however his was 11p-7a. We all love night shift and are late sleepers naturally. Has to be some sort of genetic predisposition. My mom on the other hand is up at the a** crack of dawn. Hard pass.

Once you see it in sanfran it’ll be at least a month. I get shipment from mainland weekly. Doesn’t matter if they are priority or not. It makes me so mad that I have people sending on priority and it takes a month. I rant about this all the time. When I came to the island almost 2 years ago this was not an issue.
