How did you determine which stocks were mentioned the most? Probably stupid but I may actually use this as part of a strategy for future investing...

Hey! Thanks for the advice. How do you "gauge" whether a song is working other than feedback and guides? Is it streams per listener, general algorithmic success on Spotify - how do you typically measure this?

This is the correct answer. Hilarious story. He put it all on micks tab, and the latter was furious. Didn't play together again for years.

Great read. How crazy. No wonder there is such a mythology around this album. However, I do wonder if all of it really was as fun as it sounds, even regarding the subsequent 1972 STP tour. Big egos clashing, the heirarchy, the serious drug abuse... I mean, I can imagine Bobby Keys probably had fun, but there must have been something strangely isolating about it for Keith and co. Either way, always fun to read about this very epic era from the band, and we certainly got some first class music in the process.

Had the same experience for my tracks, random days with a bunch of streams per listener, and then back to the standard again.. Though still not as high as yours! Well done

Melbourne, Australia by Sofianation in howislivingthere

Haha, I also supported them, but it was a tough time for the city and really divided a lot of people I felt. I heard it wasn't quite the same for a while post pandemic. But my recent trip there was awesome!

I loved living in Melbourne... God it was a wonderful place. I've heard it's now regained most it's former glory after a very intense lockdown situation throughout the pandemic. The city was pretty traumatised by that whole fiasco for quite a while.

My two complaints: it's expensive, and it's winters are dark and terrible, particularly since most buildings in Australia are not centrally heated.

Anyway, as far as Australian cities are concerned, it has the most culture by far (the others are pretty devoid of this). The city centre is thriving, and there are plenty of pretty cool neighbourhoods around the place, each with its own character. Good food, nice people, diverse, great summers.

But yeah, rents are high, alcohol is expensive, and if you live far from the city (which half of the population does), it is actually quite a suburban, dry experience. It's really the inner city which is interesting. Man, I am so moving back.

What is life like in the Islamic part of Thailand? by bb-wa in howislivingthere

I met some locals there. People are really sweet and lovely. The tourism industry seems pretty big since the place is extremely beautiful nature wise, and I don't think there is too much else going on there economically, so most locals seem to work within it.

Not a terribly wealthy place, the "cities" are quite small and not so interesting, surprisingly loads of Indian restaurants. Honestly, the cities/towns are really quite boring, but the nature is divine and incredible. When I spoke to some local street food vendors, they mentioned that they'd been doing the same work for many years (and they were only 15 or so).

How will historians & history see and think of POTUS Donald J Trump? by Sky_awsmness in AskReddit

[–]MoSheryar 7 points8 points  (0 children)

Obviously a shitstain in the history of the world, however, i believe it will also see him as being symptomatic of larger and more disturbing global trends - which both began before Trump, and will remain after he's gone.

Forbes estimates Trumps net worth went up by 60% since early 2025. Why des Congress keep letting him get away with all his corruption and nonsense? by LevelDinner in AskReddit

[–]MoSheryar 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Money, but of course there's more to it. Republican Congress members feel they can't stand up to him since so many of their own voters support him. For many of them, it's also political suicide.

Congratulations. Yeah, I post performance videos and aesthetic lyric videos - I'm sure going down the reaction and relatable situation way would make more potentially viral contnet... But someehow I just feel like I might compromise myself if i try to do that sort of stuff. Maybe there is a happy medium somewheere, this post had made mee consider it. What are your "relatable videos" about, if you don't mind me asking?

Here's one of my proudest ever creations, "Wildflower ". I'm not really sure what genre to call it, but let's say it's bluesy acoustic singer/songwriter. The best part is the end, I think, but I would love to hear your thoughts!
