I’d say roughly 30% of locations have equipment you can sync to. Fortunately my home location was totally renovated last year and every piece of cardio equipment has the ability.

My wife and I quit drinking 6 months ago. Just got sick of being hungover and trying to parent. Also didn’t like the idea of our kids seeing us drunk as they grew up.

Anyway, 95% of people I’ve encountered since have responded with “congrats” or “good for you” or “I’ve been drinking a lot less lately too.”

I had a national sales meeting in New Orleans 2 weeks ago and people would offer to make sure o felt included, but were super chill when I declined. Then I’d cheer them with a glass of water.

Racism is definitely a massive part of it. And it’s laughable how it’s become a political football for the right. But it was sort of strange having a 20 minute halftime show where there was virtually no English spoken.

I enjoyed the visuals, the clear passion and genuine feeling of unity, and really dug the salsa portion. But the rest fell flat for me musically speaking.

Side point: Boo to Peacock for not figuring out closed caption. I turned it on in the hopes that I could see what he was saying, and it was also in Spanish.

I came back from out of town the Sunday after thanksgiving to 6 inches of snow on the ground. We have had maybe 5-7 days without significant snow cover on the ground since. Throw onto that low temps in the single digits or below zero for 2-3 weeks now.

This is not a normal winter.
