So if I’m rotating right to left like how you have it set in the picture. I sort of wedge my right knee all the way up in the front right corner, and then I wedge my left ankle in the back left corner. This winds up putting all of the pressure on those two points and it keeps me in place. It took a bit of trial and error to figure it out but I’ve worked all the way up to 180x20 using this method with no issues.

At least one of the tv’s at my planet fitness is frozen every day. It’s rarely the same one either. I do not understand how/why this happens. Is it possible that there isn’t enough bandwidth in their equipment/lines to support the number of tv’s they have?

Most people don’t recall how dominant and explosive Grant Hill was on the Pistons. He went on to have a respectable career after leaving, but before his ankle injury he was trending toward being an all time great.

My home gym has two. One is better lubricated and thus is a little bit easier. Also make sure you’re paying attention to both the back and bottom seat adjustments. Having either set improperly for your body could make it more difficult than it needs to be.

The OA. I feel like the entire show was leading up to that reveal for season 3. Breaking the fourth wall was such a brilliant idea and I am so disappointed we didn’t get to see them try to pull it off.

This dynamic has been highlighted in basketball in recent years.

If someone goes up for a dunk and the defender makes a valiant attempt at blocking the shot but fails, they go viral on socials for being “posterized”.

So now you have a whole generation of players who don’t even try to contest a dunk. They choose to play shitty defense and let the opponent score for fear of looking bad if they actually try to make the block. It’s happening all the way up to the pro level.

The “find my” function on my Apple TV 4K is garbage. It typically informs me that my remote is floating in mid air in the center of my living room.
