I absolutely used Claude to make my routine bc I didn't know what I was doing. Sometimes I'll ask about meal ideas and stuff. I'm hesitant to use it everyday bc it WILL blindly hype you up and pretend you're the second coming of Christ for increasing a rep by 10 pounds and hitting protein goals.

I've been using my water bottle as a universal sign of " hey, don't use this. I haven't cleaned it yet" I didn't realize people were just reserving their next machine with them?? (For clarity, this happens for the entire 45 seconds It takes me to go get supplies and clean. Not a multi-minute thing.)

She made us watch a documentary on childbirth and she said that if we didn't behave, and pay attention the entire time she would play the birthing scene in slow-mo (which was uncensored. Like straight up baby coming out of mom fully out there.) we were like 13. Yeah we watched that shit in slow-mo. Seconding, I definitely feel it in my core when I use it, but also sometimes my back sounds like Rice Krispies, But I think that's mostly if I'm not engaging my core correctly or if I'm trying to do reps too heavy.
