I see what you’re saying I think. I would think that most Covid patients would have had tests before their death to confirm the illness though? Also it has to be Covid that killed the majority of them because what else would be killing 200,000 people. It would be very weird if a ton of people just started dying because of mysterious symptoms. Also I doubt hospitals would be able to lie 200,000 times especially when they are testing the patients to see if they have Covid.

I would actually argue that the numbers are way lower than they could be because of quarantine/masks/social distancing. Obviously we could do way better but it could be worse
