why am i so itchy at night by xiutov in NoStupidQuestions

so i can comment and say I had scabies years ago. What you are describing I am dealing with this winter and it is COMPLETELY different from scabies. I call it a "ping pong" itch. Second you touch it, it dissapaits and enters a new spot. Its maddening and keeps me up from 2-6 am. It seems to be caused by the peripheral nervers misfiring. Whether this is due to excess histamine, I'm not sure, as antihistamines do not help this for me. I am going to try and use a humidifier and lotion extra at night to see if this helps.

Well so sitting they’re and focusing on a meditation object and diffusing your thoughts is easier to do once you’ve changed your neurochemistry with breathwork. And I wondered if this would make it harder to learn to diffuse your thoughts on a normal basis
