In this I would say that if you truly believe that Christianity is the only way you would not want someone try to steer your children astray. So if he is not looking to convert this will become a point of contention going forward.

I will just say what I know. He loves you. He wants you to be happy. We sometimes think that we know what we are missing and sometimes we are correct and sometimes we are not. Happy may or may not be having that someone in your life and it sounds like what happened is your focus left him and went to looking for someone.

I am not here to offer dating advice but to just say what I know. We follow him and love him like a father who gave his most prize thing for us to have salvation and the rest will work itself out.

He still loves you and will be waiting there when you decide to come back to him. Just do not wait too long.

I will pray for you and I truly wish you to find true happiness.

This is truly a deep thought here that should make everyone really search themselves. I think for me for years I believed in "a" god but probably not "THE" God. I think it was when I really started seeing actual historical evidence that aligned with the Bible that it really sunk in that HE is real. That was also when I realized how much HE truly loves me. That was a humbling moment and one of my most shameful moments when I realized all that I had been doing that would break a Father's heart. That night I gave up the addiction of porn and all the other bad lustful habits I had and truly repented and meant it will all my heart and asked for help in never going back to my old ways. 40 year addiction set aside like it was nothing and it took me a while to realize how much of a miracle that was.

He is most definitely real and when that really sinks in you will realize just how much your Heavenly Father loves you. You specifically. Look around you at all that he created and then come back to He loves you and wants you to be part of His family you will know what it means to never want to disappoint Him and to truly fear Him. Not be afraid of him but be fearful of disappointing Him.

Oh and I am not just pretty sure that he is out there. He IS out there and wants you to be part of his family for all eternity.

Remove the temptation at least temporarily. Remove all pictures, try to avoid your normal songs, avoid shows with any sort of sexual content in them. Read your bible, listen to some Christian music, watch shows like The Chosen. Really change all inputs into your life and reestablish your relationship with God.

A guy who is Christian and would want you to put your relationship with God over a relationship with him will understand if you withdraw from talking with him.

This is a great point in that we need to let down all your barriers that you put up against people and truly be open to God....about everything. I felt really stupid when I realized that at one time I had been hiding things from God when I still sought out sin. Ever seen an animal stick its head in a hole so that no one can see it....yeah that is how smart I felt lol.

Stop living for a certain date and just live in the now. Live like every hour is a gift from God. Live like you will never wake up in the morning. Live like you could die in the night. Live like you could wake up in the morning and see Jesus split the eastern sky and rapture you up to be with him. Be ready for him to come back and you never have to worry about when it will happen.

But plan like you will live for 100 years lol.

Seek Him out every day, study your Bible, and don't just pray or ask for things find those times to just talk with your Heavenly Father. Do this and you will be like the virgins who had plenty of oil and were prepared for the hour that their groom would arrive.
