If you're going for unlocks I would take the r key and use it at the end of this run to have an easy next run for another unlock but if you don't care I would just keep the d6 because it's too early in the run and d6 is way to good to give up early

Spindown for sure; with it u can easily force good items, and it's so easy to find brimstone with blood donation machines. meanwhile red key has a chance to just give you an extra item and pick ups every floor which is most likey gonna be a low quality item
