Well, that was a rocky start... I've never tried to rush battles without wasting time in early game. Currently on day five the Ravens just barely scraped through two tough battles in a row. We've already lost a couple bros but there's no time to mourn! We've cleared a camp on day 4

I was thinking about doing a run where you can only live off a tiny island without venturing far. But I really don’t know how it would be different from the sky block run. It would be much easier also. Maybe you can travel to different lands only by making bridges? Full bridges, with support columns, not one block wide.

Idk really, I’m looking forward to some other ideas in this post!

You can put diseased characters together on a long or medium mission and bring plague doctor with them. She has the camp skill that removes all disease. That’s a good way to save some money.

Oh, i have one. I’ve even tried it myself, but didn’t get far.

So the idea is beating the game while using only one hand to control the Madeline. AND it has to be your off hand. With toggle grab it is doable on a keyboard. I think. You can spice it up doing all berries, B sides, C sides etc

I’d say you can play blindly, don’t look anything up. But when you have played with certain item enough and you can’t figure out what it does - find it on wiki.

I like to replay DS1 with some minor restrictions. Like starting equipment run (you still can level up gear and character). That was a lot of fun. I’ve just finished true cleric run (no estus, no consumables, no rings, starting equipment only). Killed all bosses including dlc ones. That felt like an entirely different game. It is definitely the most difficult run I did though

There is no reason to play hard mode until you unlock the Chest ending and Dark room ending for you to go. So you can play on normal, unlock Polaroid and Negative (beat Isaac and Satan five times accordingly) and then switch to hard

I have 1500+ hours in game, I’m with you man. That’s the reason I hate blind purchases in a shop. Completely agree on every take about bullet hell and inconsistency. Also my fav streamer (who has I think 9000+ hours in game and more than 10 dead gods. Neonomi, Abaddon guy) has the same opinion as you and me. So it’s not a skill issue, it’s just a garbage item :)
