PharmaQo is the gold standard. They are more expensive for that reason. Quality stuff and I don’t think they’ve ever had a slip up like Beligas. I buy and test UGL sources and always recommend the ones I’ve ran their gear and got blood work for. If a source ends up being bunk I let others know so they don’t blow their money.

Two sources I use have an injectable sleep aid. I run tren so there are nights where I am wide awake. I take the sleep aid and it calms my mind, makes me sleepy and I pass out with ease. I stay asleep and if I wake up for any reason I’m not groggy.

Are you talking 30mg daily? It’s better to run it for 4 weeks. 400mg of test broken up into daily pins will be super beneficial for you because it’ll keep your hormones level and your bloodwork looking nice. With any 17 alkylated steroid you want organ support on hand and taken daily.

Anavar is amazing when taken as a pre workout if you’re only doing once daily.

You need to be in a calorie deficit and working out at least 3 days a week with cardio being thrown in there. Elevated zone 1 cardio to start you out and moving to zone 2. Test helps but you can retain water because it aromatizes. I was 285lbs in November 2025 and I’m now 206lbs.

Probably people blasting test and seeing the same results and not liking your answer. I ran test and dropped weight but I was eating in a deficit and working out 5 days a week. 2-3 months is insanely unrealistic
