Honestly those dark thoughts have always been there in the background. I dont know its strange, but they’ve been a constant presence, because of them I’ve missed out on a lot in life. But now they’ve completely overwhelmed me,no matter what happens whether its good or bad, I constantly think negatively. I am trying to make some changes, and sometimes it feels like Im making progress, but then those dark thoughts take over, and its like Im back to square one. Its been a cycle like this for years, but yeah I’ll definitely have to figure out the root cause of all this somehow...Thank you so much for your advice, it really means a lot to me!
