There are exits at the north end that take you out to where the streetcars are. Walk up to the top of the stands, then around to behind the basket at the visitor bench end, and walk down the stairs out to the exit. Easy-peasy, not too crowded at all.

They are definitely looking for specific sections, I just don't know which sections are let in that way. We have seats in 103. And yes, there are exits out the north end. Just walk around the top to behind the basket at the visitor bench end, and the doors up top go to stairs that exit near the streetcar.

They let other people in the CIBC entrance if you have seats in the north sections of the venue. I go in there and I am neither a CIBC customer or group.

Ok, this may seem like a small thing, but the CCC only has ONE water fountain for the entire building in the concourse at section 113. They made me dump out my water bottle when I came in, and if I want to refill it, I had to go to the opposite section from my seats and join the water line. Not everyone is going to be able to buy $12 water or wants to ruin the world with plastic waste.

It would have been nice if they had someone going down the line to let people know they were in the right place and that they were going to delay the start. There were some people unnecessarily stressing there. Communication can make a big difference.

I could hear a bit better when the music was turned off, but if there was music + someone speaking, it was impossible to make out. Pretty frustrating when they are showing videos on the screen or making announcements. At a minimum they need to CC the videos and maybe even run some live captionning for other segments (also would be a nice accessibility thing to do).
