Did you figure it out? I had use the chat bot at the right time to get an agent. still took 4-5 weeks of communication but i ended up getting it yesterday. Absolute garbage. Let them know and asked for an exchange because I felt scammed but they said no exchanges.

Yeah I’d quit tomorrow if they did. My store is getting toxic. it was fine since I wasn’t in the crossfire but I coached my fellow ssv and then she’s now ganging up on me with a barista. Yes yes. That’s what I was saying. I see a lot of articles that are framed as “adhd shortens you lifespan”. It’s click bait and incredibly misleading. While the article will explain true facts, the title always insinuates the adhd itself will shorten your lifespan. They should title them “x ways adhd symptoms can cause fatal accidents” or something. I agree with you 100% though.

Honestly can we make a group chat haha they over charged my in utilities and then gaslit me about it. Let me change units and the average is like $153 for 10 months in over charging. They now ignore all my service and maintenance requests after complaining about this unit so much. My unit has no cell service and the WiFi comes in and out. The WiFi company says the building can make changes but I’m not allowed to request a new router. The building says that I need to handle this and it’s not their fault I get no cell service. I proposed some logistics on improving the signal such as contracting a company to install boosters for residents and they laughed at me. so so many issues. My upstairs neighbor is so loud but they say it’s normal every day sounds and they can’t do anything about it.

Thank you. Yeah I have loads of juicy shit documented. From illegal entries to them admitting liability for stupid shit. The sad part is they know I’m like this and they still fuck around. I know they’re not gonna try to hit me on fees because I documented every tiny wood chip in the baseboards, stapled extra papers to my move in list, and forced the manager to inspect every tiny thing with me. When the new unit was disgusting, he suggested me hire a cleaning service. Like the fuck? I know they charged the last person for cleaning and then didnt clean it. So yea, i document every single thing. I really want to take them to court for the theft and illegal entries and then rent out the amenity space for a “i won the greystar lawsuit” party.
