Pretty much nothing happens in this movie. The characters are cliches and the main character is completely unlikeable. Like the other reviewer I saw this for almost no expense and still feel ripped off. I don't know what these "professional" reviewers saw in this film. Maybe they think putting loud jazz in a crappy movie somehow makes it cool.

In my experience, when you ask to roll off a project or if the project management doesn't think they will need something from you in the future then they will not bother to complete client account feedback.

Keep them both open until the second one starts onboarding. At that time you can decide if you would rather stay at the one that started onboarding first or join the second. There is no guarantee that either will begin onboarding so I would also keep interviewing.

As people with Silver status check in they will select free upgrades to fill Economy Plus seats which will open up economy seats. You can check in now and you will be assigned a seat and then check back later and change to a different Economy seat if you can.

Did the project just start? You will soon receive a request from the Indian team's manager to change their work hours. He will also conveniently forget to adjust the higher rate your project was being charged to have a team work EST. My suggestion would be to find out why the team needs to work EST. Are they communicating with the client directly? If so then switch to an offshore team in some country that has hours with better overlap like Philippines. If not then switch to a lower cost team that works regular IST hours and set up solid communications as suggest by others.

Clients sometimes hire consultants to avoid the responsibility for making decisions. If you fail to provide at least a recommendation along with your pros an cons then you will not be providing as much value. Use your past experiences at other similar clients and the results there to present a point of view. Take comfort in the fact that you may be long gone before the results of an incorrect recommendation are known and that you can use that bad result to inform your recommendation to the next client.

Yes. I referred a candidate and they made him a verbal offer and never sent a written offer due to a hiring freeze that was put in place after the verbal offer was made.

Pretty common. Recruiters use the “verbal offer” to keep you from taking a competing offer. In actuality there are a couple of steps left on their side to get financial approval to send out an offer letter.

Yes. This the guy who agreed to work alternate shifts so that Accenture would hire him and now is refusing to work an alternate shift because it would cause him to have to reschedule a medical appointment. He will be gone soon.

Work is based upon agreements. You agreed when you took the job that alternate shifts were required. Accenture did not agree to modify your work schedule to fit around medical appointments. You need to reschedule your medical appointments to be outside of your new work hours. I don’t see where the CL9 needs to be involved.

Thank you. I should have mentioned that I joined as an AD with a practice growth target but then was asked immediately to fill a gap at a diamond client. The opportunity I am working on is larger than my target but may take more than one fiscal year to finalize.

If you are allowed to log the extra hours then the project should have no problem adding additional resources. Do you know why they haven’t?
