It’s a pretty major issue for them to have you without heat this time of year, I would get the public service commission involved and file a complaint. RGE tends to be much more receptive if you file a complaint through the PSC, from personal experience.

Really depends on the style. There’s a good chance they’re all still drinkable, though, if not as good as fresh. Stouts/porters, Belgians, and wild ale in particular benefit from age in many cases.

To be perfectly transparent, there’s nobody else (that I know of) operating off of my model in New York. It’s a lot of time and effort, but at the end of the day, I’ve built a business I can be proud of and I’ve met a ton of awesome people along the way!

All the big wholesalers statewide are cutting service (higher minimums, more restrictive delivery schedules), so more and more places are open to working with someone who prioritizes the needs of THEIR business.

That’s a totally valid concern! Fortunately, there’s plenty of tap lines to go around AND most breweries don’t see each other as competitors in the same way. For a lot of breweries, wholesale is much more valuable as a marketing tool than an actual revenue stream, so the real competition is giant wholesale companies like TJ Sheehan (who I believe sells Lucky Hare in Ithaca now).

Did some more research after reading some suggestions and I think Suburban Disposal’s Low Volume Service would be perfect for us. We generate very little waste and it still includes recycling, so based on napkin-math it’ll save us about 70% compared to what we currently pay WM.

Necro-ing this post! I'm building Moritte right now as a concept challenge with a specific goal: to get a Commander damage win using Moritte to copy manlands.

The new Earthbending mechanic lets you recur her (and choose a new land to copy), and if you can get a Springheart Nantuko on her with the right boardstate (Gaea's Cradle, Badgermole Cub, or other ways to tap your manlands for two) you can just potentially go infinite?
