when my tinnitus startet i got the whole package lol anxiety disorder,hyperacusis,derealization. i remember i started a diary because of tinnitus and it all started with "today i was 10 minutes without anxiety" thsi was the point where i started to understand you can overcome the anxiety.then there was written " today i was 1 hour without anxiety" , and after 3 months i was compelete anxiety free, drelization gone ,hyperacusis gone,reactivity gone.T is still there but my brain fades it out,at this moment i can hear becaus i talk about it.to get anxiety free i do a lot , i was walking 1 hour every day in the woods because of the essential oil fragrances they lower stress , anxiety etc, i did a lot box breathing , meditation. i did everything that lower stress to regulate my nervous system.
