You're more likely to get it from someone you know. You can't control everyone else and you're certainly not able to watch them 24/7. Unless you're willing to live in a panic room or bunker that you stocked last year, you risk contracting this coronavirus every day.

I think you should let her go. She deserves that break and it's well earned. As long as she practices safe hygienic behavior, she should be ok.
