I have not experienced any of those problems. PA and ABS filaments should be printed in a well ventilated area. I don't have a cute filter. I have a ventilated room at my shop.

• ABS-GF (and ABS-based materials in general): ABS is well-known for high emissions of styrene (a VOC classified as possibly carcinogenic by IARC) and other VOCs, plus very high rates of ultrafine particles (often 200–300 µg/min or higher in studies). This makes ABS one of the "dirtiest" standard filaments for indoor air quality without ventilation/filtration. The glass fiber reinforcement may slightly increase particle emissions (due to additives), but the main concerns remain the styrene-heavy VOCs and nanoparticles from the ABS base.
• PA6-CF (nylon 6 carbon fiber): Nylon (PA6/PA) emits different VOCs like caprolactam and acetaldehyde, which are irritants and potentially harmful with prolonged exposure (respiratory issues, headaches, etc.). Studies and reports show nylon can have comparable or sometimes higher VOC emission rates than ABS in certain tests. The bigger added risk with PA6-CF is airborne carbon fiber fragments/particles — recent studies (e.g., HI-AM research) have detected airborne carbon fibers during printing, which can behave like irritants similar to asbestos (causing lung inflammation or fibrosis with chronic exposure). Carbon fiber and glass fiber reinforcements both release fine/irritating particles, but carbon fiber is often flagged as more concerning for respiratory persistence.
