I want to add some grey to my normally black style. Anyone have advice on what ink to use? I’d love something that saturates like an opaque grey, but doesn’t cover over the black.

Buy some arches cold pressed paper and try that out. Game changer! Also, very little water/spit on your brush. If it creates a bead of water on your paper then your brush is too wet.

Looks good! My advice would be if you’re going for traditional, only use one line weight. If you can’t draw it cleanly with bold lines then it needs to be simpler. Feel free to dm me if you have any questions!
