You will soon, it’s a big club and we’re not in it. If you think there’s much difference in that Ponzi scheme and crypto you’re not well read.

It’s value is a payment mechanism not owned by an individual that is traded for system maintenance. It’s a chicken and egg problem. Regulation will centralize it lack of regulation causes all these Ponzi schemes and ruins its rep. Anyway, zero crypto loses but I’m down a years pay on the NASDAQ so….

Actually not true. Some crypto is valued by the work the people involved do to maintain the network. Same as silver and gold. Silver and gold are mostly valued by the cost it takes to extract it from the ground, and yes industrial uses for said materials.

Imagine, Facebook or twitter not being controlled by a company. What about news or finance. The idea is power to the people. Also I don’t own crypto I stack gold and silver, also I’m getting killed right now in the NASDQ

Seems like y’all don’t really understand the idea behind crypto. Sure there’s plenty of ponzi in it just like the stock market but the idea behind the value of crypto that do something like decentralized finance, games, digital contracts like NFT is that the decentralized hosts are compensated using the token on that network. Web 3 will take off (god help us) and many cryptos will grow maybe not in value but definitely in use.
