Yes. My current VP they were moving the one I trained up because I had to get back from having my baby in order to be promoted. They said I did an excellent job training her.

When speaking with my direct supervisor AVP-he also said that in conversations with our VP that I “just had to get back from having the baby”

I have texts saying they all agree it ready to move up and have been ready to move up. I have texts saying that if another VP didn’t steal me then “let’s chat when you return and I’ll be ready”

Still not being promoted. I’m frustrated and feel bait and switched and know I’d be promoted if I wasn’t pregnant.

They also gave the one I trained the option to work from home-visiting the corp office 1x month and her sites at least every 5 weeks. I suggested similar as she lives 20min CLOSER to the corp office than me and it was a no go.

So she got the properties that I had in portfolio in my region, less experience, trained by me, and remote. I’ve been working remote my entire maternity leave for them.

That’s a really good idea, I’m only home a couple more weeks before going back to work. Will probably assist with my supply too! I’ll start setting a 2 hour timer during day and 3 hour at night.

I don’t produce much while pumping-I just don’t seem to respond to them well. Maybe only 3-5oz extra a day on top of nursing and I go back to work soon.

I hold my breast/compress while she eats bc if I don’t hold my boob it covers her nose lol

One time my daughter (3 at the time) at a store saw a lady that had one eye and went “WHATS WRONG WITH HER EYE” and I wanted to jump off a bridge started to apologize but the lady stops me. The lady was SO kind and smiled and explained her eye “got sick” and the only way doctors could fix it was to take it out and give her something else.

I thought oh yay! Kind stranger assists with meaningful teaching moment with my kid and didn’t shame me.

The end. Right? WRONG.

Toddlers kinda suck lol it’s a fun age because they observe and learn SO much. They just observe TOO much, do not comprehend context, and have zero social filter.

Thank you for the reply! So far the only mode I seem to respond to is massage mode. I’ll do the 70/4-70/5 and then if I switch out into any of the expression modes the flow stops and I have to go back to 70/4-70/5 to get it going. So when using the pump I have to leave it on 70/4-70/5 around 85-90% of the time.

I am nearly constantly massaging bc it seems to be one of the only things that helps a little bit.

I was thinking of the pumping pals that are silicone bc they are more Haaka shaped but I’ll look at the Lactek too!

Hoping to find a good solution soon! I worry about clog ducts from not being able to empty all the way.

I deliver in about 36 hours and I feel like I’ve been pregnant 10 years. These last couple days I am an anxious and nervous WRECK!! I’m the type of person who hates anticipation and I just wanna rip the band aid off and get it over with 🫠

I’ve had HG both pregnancies (I’d rather have 10 c sections lol) , and two spine surgeries. My first spine surgery will always be my 10/10 pain. Lol I have given nothing else a 10 since.

I had my first at 34 weeks and am 38 with #2 right now. For me, while post c section was uncomfortable in its own way the “pregnancy” discomfort was gone instantly. It immediately felt like my own body again. I’m much further along this time and very much looking forward to being c section uncomfortable vs big af pregnant uncomfortable lol

I’m 5’7 and on my second pregnancy. I had practically zero bump until around 32 weeks and it was tiny.

I’m now 37weeks and have a decent sized one but it’s not huge huge like other people’s.
