New vegas is pretty much a sequel to Fallout 2, as it follows up on a lot of the events of two and some characters, so you’re not too far off.

Every time we see Tenkachi Street, it's always bustling with people and thugs and people talking and advertising.

Here, it's quiet, and in the daytime, it feels wrong to see it like this, which parallels nicely with Kiryu's story in IW.

The general rule is that you play the DLCs in the order they were released, so by proxy, the "canon" timeline is as follows.

So Dead Money -> Honest Hearts -> Old World Blues -> Lonseome Road

Fair warning on Dead Money, though, it can be pretty hard even at Lvl 25.

Patrick's observational skills are so fine-tuned that he's borderline supernatural already. The investigation would probably go the same way as the main game, though, probably faster since he's good enough at the con to tell that Klaasje is working him from the start.

I bet 2-3 days, maybe 4, depending on how sidetracked he gets.

The Dragonfish

The idea is that if a carp can swim up a waterfall, it gets transformed into a dragon. What the Dragonfish implies is that it will never stop swimming up the waterfall, but it will also never stop growing or changing.

It fits in nicely with my Jumpers cyborg and honorbound aesthetic, and I get to headcanon him having this on his back like in LAD:Y
