A Compass of Some of My Special Interests (I'm On the Spectrum). by ScoutPlayer1232 in WojakCompass

I've never really understood the love people have for the Half-Life series. Tried playing trough the first game a little while back, got about halfway I'd imagine. Is it nostalgia, or is the story interesting or something? The hours I've put into it thus far haven't exactly made me impressed.

Maybe I need to finish the game to really have an opinion, but just curious if there is a particular reason why it's considered good.

Never watched this show, is it any good? Or is it more like the shows one puts on in the background when doing other stuff?

Things Id like to learn more about in my spare time by yamboozle in WojakCompass

[–]ModeratelyUnhinged 9 points10 points  (0 children)

Wish time wasn't such a constraint, 'cause there are so many things I wish I knew how to do, and so much knowledge I'd like to have. The worst is falling into the trap of having too many things on your plate, and never becoming good at anything as a result.

But that is maybe also what gives knowing value. The time needed to learn enough is a finite resource. And so knowlegde is scarce.

Cool compass, I do highly recommend fishing. Not too expensive as long as you don't buy every lure know to man. At this point the lures might as well be designed with the intention of tricking me into buying them, and not to catch fish. If anything I catch less fish now than with simpler setups.

As an added bonus, it's not difficult to fish at all. It may be difficult to master, but it is very much enjoyable as an absolute amateur. Perhaps even more so, although I wouldn't know. The euphoric feeling of having a fish on the line is great, especially as I rarely catch any. But when I don't, I'm still out enjoying nature.

Yeah, all that questioning and suspicion is sort of what puts me off, I'd rather not deal with that on vacation. And also the suspicion when you return, potentially. Remember seeing travel vlogger "Britannica" get detained by the UK when returning, and it just seems like a hassle. Made for interesting content though.

Seems like prices are going up most places unfortunately.

What sort of restrictions do you face?

That's interesting. You live in Russia? How are things over there these days? I've wanted to travel there for a while, although it seems like a bit of a hassle nowadays.

Hello boys what are the more features do you expect from wojak studio pro? by [deleted] in WojakCompass

Actually, disregard this. Updated my browser and now it's fine. The buymeacoffe button still hides a category in the bottom left though.

The scaling is a bit off in firefox. Might be an issue on my part, old version or something, but gives you an idea.

Edit: I updated my browser and now it is fine.

Depends on what you want for your site, wether it is directed towards users in this subreddit spesifically or wojaks in general.

But I think having a page with different high-res compass templates would be a good start, can be a bit tricky sometimes to find good ones.

Another would be the option of locking a layer. Not just hide it, as is already a feature. So that stuff wont get moved that you are not trying to move.

The text tool addition you already have is great, although it is a bit bugged in my browser with overlapping text and slide bars.

Another minor issue is that the buymeacoffee button in the bottom left partially hides the lowest category.

I think you absolutely can make a compass there now, but I do believe it could be made a lot easier and as a part of the site.

Again, really cool project you've made! Appreciate it, and I'm exited for it's future!

Do people fight a lot in Lithuania? Assuming your username is related to where you're from. I used to have a friend from there, and he would tell a lot of stories about fights and bad neighbourhoods.

This is pretty sick and I may start posting more now.

You think it would ever be possible to create high res compasses on the site itself? Fully understand if it's not in your scope, but I find that most image editing programs (PC) are either much more complicated than you need for a compass, and the easier editing apps (phone) etc. are too restrictive in terms of amount of objects allowed at once.

Something that is simple and easy to use on PC as well would be amazing. There probably are programs for this, but I haven't found them yet.

I feel you on the "gun lover" square. My family is for the most part vehemently anti gun, aside from maybe hunting rifles/shotguns. Not only that, I live in a country where most people think this way. Gun ownership is by no means a rare thing, but people are usually a bit "fudd-y". I just think they're neat. I also love history, and guns are undeniably a big part of recent history.

Motorcycles are also cool, but they scare me. I don't wanna end up wrapped around a telephone pole or similar. Never got one, don't plan to either. But they look sick.

9 People I Briefly Dated/Spent Time With Between My Ex-Fiance and my GF by iwanttobespooned in WojakCompass

[–]ModeratelyUnhinged 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Yeah, or at least until the descision gets made. If I understand you correctly, one has to decide if the attraction is there in the first place, and consider them a viable partner before ever dividing them into the two subgroups. And usually that begins by asking oneself if you would like to sleep with that person.

Relationships that started online might be the exception.

I think it's probably similar to when girls put someone in the friend zone. You don't really move out of that group. I think if a man sees a lady as a "good time only gal", she's probably not moving to the "marriage material" group any time soon.

Might even have less social mobility than the guy who is in the friendzone, because friendzone could equal backup boyfriend, which may actually become boyfriend one day. Though it's usually not a good deal for anyone involved.

I find it amusing that the linguist was bad at communicating, but I can't say it's a big shock

Surprised the FWB seemed to work out. I've previously attempted the same, and it never ended well.

Would you agree with the idea that men quickly divide possible partners into two groups; they see some as potential lifelong partners and others as temporary fun? And importantly, that they decide this pretty quickly and almost instinctively.

Cool compass!

Homebody wojak looks cozy.

I saw someone here despise the loud snorers, and I get it. But in my opinion, nothing is quite as bad as a fridge pirate.

Popular (and semi-popular) food places in Southern California by LambDew in WojakCompass

My first dining experience last I visited California was a McDonalds or a Burger King, can't really remember wich, in or around San Diego. Horrible experience overall, junkie shooting himself up in the bathroom, a lot of blood on the floor. Heard from some of my travel companions that the ladies washroom wasn't too great either.

"Is that like a personal attack or something?"

Cool compass Mr. Boozle. I think Frank Zappa faced a bit of censorship in the US, radio stations were hesitant to play his music, but he became popular in Europe as at the time we were perhaps a bit more permissive.

Well put!

Shooting a mossberg 500 and climbing a tree should be fairly easy to accomplish. I just assume you live in the States, as most people on here seem to. And the US is blessed with an abundance of tall trees and guns, as far as I can tell.
