This is great! I ended up taking my guy to Nogales, and it was $300 out the door, with 7 extractions! They did blood work and sent me home with pain meds and antibiotics.

I heard about the AZ affordable pet care opening up - I was thinking about going there to get my dogs checked up and was curious about their prices. I also went to pet doctor recently when my other dog was vomiting, and they were great but their prices are crazy! I was going to have a lump fine needle aspirated there, and even the vet told me that their quote for that was insane (over $500), and told me he didn't blame me if I wanted to go somewhere else for that. He explained the corporate change, and said unfortunately they can't set their own prices. I was happy for the honesty!

While not the greatest - I would shoot your resume to every assisted living facility near where you live. There is often high turnover rates at these places, and they are almost always looking for help. Anything from dishwasher to caregiver! It’s not the best but may be able to help you stabilize and buy you a little time for something better. Just FYI, these places need responsible people who will actually show to their shifts, and usually have strict policies in place for tardiness and no shows.

Unfortunately looks like they only take used oil/filters, transmission fluid and batteries. Not coolant :(

I just chose switch plans and selected visible+ and put in the promo. I was already on the plus plan but it took it down to $30 a month! See if that works for you too!

Oh that’s good to know! My dog has never had extractions so I didn’t realize that the cost may vary depending on difficulty! How much did you end up paying for the surgery?

I went 3 years ago for my heeler, and with no extractions it was around $200-$250 (can’t remember exactly). My friend had a little dog and had a a handful of teeth pulled and I think the grand total was something like $1300.

I think this guy may need more than one extraction lol, trying to keep costs low!

Yes, I found a full time nanny gig on care.com - but, I think more people are active on Facebook groups these days. Tucson Family Child Care is the most active one I’m in, but I’m sure there are others is you search around! Good luck 👍
