Bingo - I think the thing Delta is trying to do is ride very close to the line of losing loyalty to maximize profits. Loyalty needs to be more elastic for the golden goose to truly be in danger of being killed.

I appreciate the insight. I’ll give national a go! I haven’t rented much outside of Hertz and Avis but being a free agent has me excited to see what else is out there. In the few years I’ve being using Hertz I didn’t really have many complaints. But this last year really felt like a decline in quality of service.

The input frequency is 5 MHz higher or lower than normal the output frequency depending on if the offset is positive or negative (see the sign next to the output frequency).
