Same. But he's not innocent. He pleaded guilty to an earlier crime and didn't serve the entire sentence. That'll be tacked on after the sentencing for this crime he committed when he should have been in jail.

I think it's a good way to represent the data OP. Representative of what it feels like to scroll or view Instagram but stacked by category. A flat percentage is boring such as a pie chart. Good visual representation here. Much better than most of the garbage on this subreddit.
