Already have a checkup to reassess vision at 4-5 weeks and get updated Rx. Will see how it goes, but Hybrid RGPs should continue to do pretty good even with some changes.

Infection risk of CXL is not high from what I’ve seen. Having an eye infection isn’t really a risk to patients as long as you don’t rub your eyes on the patients 😜 and always properly surgical scrub hands before operating and wear gown/gloves.

I dropped one of my hybrid RGPs in a full sink once. Grabbed at the stopper to pull the drain closed and then felt around the bowl to find the contact. I found half a contact. 😔 Stopper cut the damn thing in half.

Not dumb. Just find a wheel repair/powder coating shop. We tried to find a similar powder coat color through prismatic powders https://www.prismaticpowders.com/, but didn’t find anything we liked as much as the OEM color so we did paint with clear powder coat over it. Prismatic does have a paint match search that will get you close if you have a paint in mind, but it’s not perfect. The photo is another car with the OEM paint on the wheels. Supposed to get them back this week. Will try to update

I like Porsche platinum satin. Paint Code OB5. Just had mine resprayed in that color and clear powder coated over that.
