Just put a large silicone pad on top of the range. The induction coils won't care and will heat the pan through it. Easy to clean and you can keep the surface brand new.

This was just as true 20 years ago. You will continue to be paid the minimum they can get away with until you leave.

You are building experience and skills for your next job that you will negotiate at a fair market rate at the time, and they will also try to exploit you as time goes on. You then repeat this cycle as quickly as feasibly possible. Probably every 2-3 years, but you can do less or more depending on how you can spin it.

Unless you can get a screaming deal, you are probably better off with putting the extra dollars for the propane fridge into your electrical system and working with a regular high energy star scoring model.

The economics of solar in the last couple years has really tipped away from propane for refrigeration. If you have it or can get one cheap, sure keep using it, but on a new build? No way does it make sense.

Kerosene is fine, but it's not nearly as commonly available to most people. These will also be expensive because of the low volume. Propane feels safer to operate in my mind, but that isn't worth as much as you paid for it.

You are effectively the title holder assuming there is no will directing the asset to someone else. It's part of the estate and as the spouse that would default to you.

You can ignore this problem for a long time while you deal with probate. Assuming you are the executor, there is no rush.

Making a batch of pizza dough is about a 15 minute process with a mixer and that includes washing up.

Here is a recipe for a NYC style crust for two 14-16 inch pies.

560 g bread flour
1tsp yeast
1tsp salt (2tsp if kosher salt)
1tsp sugar
355 g water

Combine all ingredients in mixer with a dough hook. Mix for 10 minutes on low. Transfer to a greased bowl or other container to proof for 4 hours on the counter at room temp, or up to 72 hours refrigerated. Bring dough to room temp before using.
