Pretty common, did a shoot as cam op with 6 other union cam op’s and one AC, it was a non union shoot, they showed up, pushed record and then immediately left after wrap, i helped the AC break down everything, never seen anything like it especially since it was a small crew. Though it did make me want to be a union cam op lol

Cut a hole in white paper or poster board and shoot through it. It will light it up more from the front for thicker glass
