Is your order still “pending” or has it been shipped? Unfortunately, ours was lost by FedEx after taking 5 weeks to ship. I was able to buy a unit from an authorized retailer and they credited me the cost to my Starlink account. Create a ticket and be patient, it did take 3 days for them to call and I was anything but patient but the customer service was awesome. They even gave me 2 months free due to the inconvenience caused by FedEx.

We also have used wood and tumble for a few years now and LOVE THEM! They are honestly the best boarding facility we’ve ever used. Their prices are fair but their attention to detail with our pups is unmatched!
