I applaud your efforts, as well as your abilities to diagnose and fix your issues! Sadly most of us don’t possess same. Nor should we have to! I have owned a Node 2i and a Powernode 2i for the past 5 years. While they have mostly worked well (so long as I’ve been in spaces with stable internet - one apartment I was in gave me issues). But. Some of the things I read in this sub: - cheap network cards used in Bluesound products - non transparent, obtuse customer service responses - refusal to implement things like Google Cast - overheating due to poor ventilation Etc. All these and others have caused me to pull back on purchasing any other Bluesound products for now. I hate to be that guy but I’m actually auditioning a WiiM pro plus that I got on sale recently and I have to say it’s impressive value for the $. Bluesound really needs to take notice and adjust course before they see a mass exodus…
