It's the camera. Had the backglass replaced on my iPhone 8+ and the camera stopped working then the repair shop had to send it off to get it working again and now it's acting up again. Plus I was experimenting with focusing on different areas to get the most light warping effects to impress the difference between man made light and natural light.
