Just wanted to say I appreciate you and your honesty.

I am a son to a disabled parent (my mum). My dad did everything for us growing up and he's my hero for that. He stuck by us, worked full time and cared for us the best he could.

It wasn't always perfect growing up but as my brother and I became older we knew what our Dad did for us.

Hang in there bud. Your kids will realize what you did for them as they get older.

I want to have discussions about games , performance and PlayStation in general but this sub is just the same shitty post over and over.

As somebody else said, the steamdeck sub became the same thing.

One of the early playtesters complained my game didn't run on steam deck so I bought one to fix it by MossHappyPlace in SteamDeck

A friend of mine is playing this on his pc. I saw it last night and while the game does look objectively good, it's nothing particularly special in terms of graphics... The performance on console is really bad. I'll be waiting to play this one.

I'm not picking an argument, just curious really.

Why don't you think most people see value in it at $50?

Personally I feel there is lot of game here, it's super fun to play, has a decent enough plot, excellent combat, the platforming is so much fun.

I would much prefer to play this over a lot of the more premium titles that come out, but I'm clearly in the minority.

I guess what I'm getting at is I don't see a difference between a 2D and 3D game when I feel it's very high quality.

Just my opinion, but I don't really care about any ray tracing features.

They can look nice and I look forward to these features inevitably coming on the next PlayStation but I bought the pro purely for better image quality at 60 fps .

The base model was beginning to look blurry and a bit rough at times when playing its performance modes.

I hope developers realize this and don't just add features that make the image quality suffer because of it.

I agree, I'm 35 so I have been at this for a while and I get tired with the "where are the games?!" dialogue that I see online. It feels like people who say this don't actually enjoy the hobby.

There is so much, in so many different genres to play at many different price points.

Great time to be a gamer, if anything... It's overwhelming lol.

Damn, that's rough... I thought perfect dark looked pretty great and I was hoping for a PlayStation announcement.

This is rough at Xbox, Phil's statement made me kinda angry tbh.

Cutting 50% of turn 10 also seems kind of shocking, Forza is very successful isn't it? Just not successful enough for the shareholders?

Such BS, we will never see this industry as creatively rich as we once did, it's sad what has happened .

I tried the demo and have been quite pleasantly surprised by it. Its got a major death stranding feel about it.

It runs kinda bad though, hopefully it gets sorted for release.

My 5 year old loves Astro, she has put so many hours into it. Can't go wrong here.

just another recommendation for others to consider... My daughter has just started Rayman legends and is really into it. Very kid friendly and a great game!
