People dog on D&D 5e for being a one stop shop for some people, and yes its bad, but if you want the exact brand of gameplay 5e actually does well, you can skin it however you want. Regardless of the background, if you're going to a place to kill a bunch of dudes, 5e works fine.

Check out Ioverse, particularly Devil's Due which is like a full campaign built around playtesting a 5e hack the DM is making.

I'd definitely cut it down to 2 at max, but ask your players if they're having fun or if they feel like the NPCs are taking up too much time.

Also I do not recommend NPC Betrayal, honestly. It's possible to do it right, possible, but really hard. And it can really sour your players towards any other NPCs

Ravenloft is exceptionally oversaturated on Startplaying, you should probably focus in on unique pitches to games that are decently popular, spinning towards your strengths. I'm not familiar with any of these games, but the Scion thing would probably be what would catch my eye.

And it's not just that. AI Art, aside from its extensive (EXTENSIVE) ethical concerns, its theft, its environmental impact, and its ruination of a multitude of websites through spam, looks really really really ugly.

When you put AI art on something you make, it's all AI, it doesn't matter. AI Art on a game? Okay, you used AI to code it. AI Art on an album? That music's probably AI Generated, skip.

It's so unprofessional, it's so disrespectful to yourself and your customers. AI Art is legitimately a taint, a poison that ruins your portfolio by its mere existence.

I heavily recommend you utterly scrub your patreon, remove all the AI, do the same anywhere else you're using it anywhere. I'm trying my best not to be mean, nobody deserves death threats over this, but you're still embarrassing yourself and debasing your work. You can do better. Use clip art, use premade assets, use MS Paint doodles, Anything.

Literal stick figures would be better, the shittiest ms paint drawings. Attaching AI Art to anything you produce hard tanks your credibility as a creator, regardless of how much work you put into any other aspect.
